Nine of Cups Tarot: i got what i wanted and i feel weirdly flat

signed the lease on the place i obsessed over. raise hit the same month. told myself this was the dream combo. sat on the new floor eating takeout feeling... nothing much.

asked why i'm not happier and Nine of Cups upright showed up. wish fulfilled, satisfaction, the "yes" card. so either i'm broken or the card is about contentment i'm refusing to feel.

is this delayed joy... or proof i wanted the chase more than the thing. feel ungrateful as hell

doesn't erase that the thing is good. let it be good without a new obsession for a minute. hard for some of us. still try.
